Mihir is a Director in India Tax team and handles the Mergers and Acquisitions practice at KNAV. Mihir has over 15 years of professional experience in Corporate and Transaction Tax including over a decade of experience with a Big4. Mihir has worked extensively on inbound and outbound transaction structuring and advisory, succession planning of HNIs, tax due diligence, deal acquisitions and international tax advisory.

Mihir has also handled Direct tax litigation proceedings of leading multinations and appeared before the Indian Revenue Authorities for tax assessments. Mihir has contributed articles on complex tax issues and is an active speaker at various conferences organized by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Bombay Chartered Accountants Society. Mihir has done his Masters in Commerce and is a qualified Chartered Accountant
