Rajesh heads the Valuation Practice of KNAV. He has built expertise in a comprehensive range of valuation services with competencies in the IT, healthcare, pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors.

He is a qualified US Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Institutes of Chartered Accountants of India, an Accredited Business Valuer from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Senior Accredited Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers.

He advises multinational companies in financial reporting (US GAAP, Ind AS, IFRS, etc.), with a special focus on fair value measurements, business combinations, impairment testing and share based payments. He has experience in audit and financial reporting for a host of Indian multinational companies and for financial statements prepared in accordance with USGAAP, IFRS and Ind AS. His valuation and transaction support service began in 2007 serving various clients across many areas, including pharmaceutical, healthcare, industrial products and information technology.
