Trainees that complete the X4 Industrial Training program and achieve success in the CA Final Examination are offered employment opportunities at KNAV. With international offices across 6 countries KNAV offers great work opportunities for its post-qualification trainees, including possible short-term and long-term deputation to its international offices.
WHAT LEARNING TRACKS CAN I CHOOSE IN THE KNAV X4 INDUSTRIAL TRAINING PROGRAM?
The KNAV X4 Industrial Training program provides access to the following learning tracks.
  • Global Assurance Track – Learn US GAAP, US GAAS, PCAOB standards; SFRS, UK FRS, Dutch GAAP, Canadian ASPE, IFRS and International Auditing Standards.
  • Global Business Advisory Track – Financial Reporting & Business Valuations, Fairness Opinions; Strategic Business Advisory.
  • Global Tax Track – Transfer Pricing, International Tax; US Tax, Accounting for Income Taxes (ASC 740).
The X4 Industrial Training provides practical training and exposure to specialized practice areas within KNAV.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR KNAV´S X4 INDUSTRIAL TRAINING?
Article Trainees in their second year of Practical training who have completed 18 months of the 36 months can apply for Industrial Training. They should be able to meet the following criteria –
  • Excellent academic record
  • Preference for IPCC AIR rank holders, but not a necessity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great attitude and well-rounded personality
